By accessing or using CentreGrade, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
CentreGrade is a pre-grading centering utility for trading card collectors. It provides estimated centering measurements and predicted grade ranges based on user-supplied images. Results are informational only and are not guaranteed to match grades issued by any third-party grading company.
3. NO WARRANTY
CentreGrade is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy of centering measurements, grade predictions, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentreGrade and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial decisions made based on grade predictions.
5. YOUR CONTENT
You retain ownership of any card images you upload. By uploading, you grant CentreGrade a limited license to store and display your images solely to provide the service to you. You must only upload content you own or have the right to use.
6. SHARED LINKS
When you share a scan, you are responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate to share. Anyone with the link can view the shared scan. CentreGrade is not responsible for how shared content is used by others.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use CentreGrade to upload illegal content, attempt to exploit or disrupt the service, or misrepresent grade results. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
8. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
