PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect your Google account email address and profile picture when you sign in. When you save a card scan, we store the card images you upload, the centering measurements you record, and the predicted grade results. We also store any custom grading thresholds you configure.
2. HOW WE USE IT
Your data is used solely to provide the CentreGrade service — storing and displaying your saved scans, generating shareable links, and applying your custom settings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Supabase to store data and images. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth. These services have their own privacy policies and terms. By using CentreGrade, you acknowledge that your data passes through these providers.
4. DATA RETENTION
Your scans and images remain stored until you delete them via My Scans, or until you request account deletion by contacting us. We do not retain deleted data.
5. SHARED SCANS
When you generate a share link, anyone with that link can view the scan and its grade results. Share links expose the card images you uploaded. You can stop sharing a scan by deleting it from My Scans.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You may delete your scans at any time from My Scans. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.
7. COOKIES
We use session cookies only to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
